The Ward/Chase families have set up the Rosetta Irene Ward Memorial Scholarship Fund to help preserve her memory. Rosetta Ward (mother of Prof. Cardinal Warde) was very supportive of higher education for all. The Rosetta Irene Ward Memorial Fund (see information below) will fund a needy student from any English-speaking Caribbean country into SPISE each year.
The full cost of sponsorship for one student into SPISE is US$ 7,000 plus round-trip air transportation. The selected student each year will be branded as the “SPISE 20XX Rosetta Irene Ward Memorial Scholar”. More information about SPISE can be found at http://caribbeanscience.org/spise/.
Contributions to the Fund in any amount are very much appreciated. Contributions to the Fund can be made via any of the three vehicles below by indicating “Rosetta Ward Memorial Fund” on the memo line of your check, wire or credit card donation.
