Jamaican Avery-Kai Barnett, a SPISE 2016 graduate and CADSTI-NE 2019 intern, is unquestionably an accomplished individual. She obtained 19 Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) subjects and is graduating from Grinnell College with a B.S. in .Physics. Beyond this, she will be pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Affairs – Science, Technology and Environmental Policy at Princeton University in the fall of 2021.
